The Hangout Outside Of School Hours Care Centre

It is awesome centre but when it comes to the accounts its shocking. When my son first started i had to keep ringing to see if he was enrolled and i had handed in the paper work a month before school was about to start no one rang me to let me know what was going on. When he started i keep asking when the payments were coming out and no one had a clue. Still trying to pay my payments and cant get a hold of the person doing the accounts because she is never there. And after all of this i still have to pay dishonor fees from the bank. Not happy at all. All and all the ladys are really nice and do look after the kids really well like they were there own. But its sad about the person looking after the accounts.

Amazing facility and the staff are second to none! Couldn't recommend highly enough :)
