On behalf of myself and family would l would like to extend our sincere thankyou to this amazing service . Especially to Di Colls Location Manager. We were dealing with a very complex situation surrounding the death of our much loved sister. Di was able to facilitate and guide us through this very challenging and potentially volatile time with great ease, sensitivity , compassion and professionalism. The whole facility is very beautiful and tranquil.I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Most poorly handled funeral I’ve ever been through!!! They don’t tell of your legal right if you can’t sign!! They only tell you half truths, I found White Ladies most unprofessional in the way they handled my sister and my family . I would never recommend White Ladies ever. If we had our time again we would never have used them!!!Never in all my yrs have I seen/been to a funeral that felt so unorganised and so impersonal....Shop around people, there is ‘WAY BETTER’ Funeral Director’s out there then White Ladies!!!

I cannot thank Cath at Kelvin Grove enough. She is a wonderful advocate for Safe Haven Community in helping vulnerable women and children. She has organised events to raise money and awareness all on her own. Thank you is not enough, she is a wonderful person. I can imagine how wonderful WLF clients feel when they are dealing with her in their time of need.

I went to a funeral here once and it was rather tasteful. The funeral itself was heartbreaking as the bereaved widow was clearly unable to process the death of her husband, and I will forever remember her collapsing on the coffin as they started to wheel it away. But the ceremony itself had dignity and refinement, and they played Bach’s Air on G String, which I love (though I really have to admit this is Not About Me).So I guess if you have any interest at all in dying you should check this place out.

We have now engaged White Lady to farewell our Mum and Dad over the past 14 months. (Mum always wanted a White Lady Funeral.) The approach is comforting and our Funeral Director, Lisa, didn't push high-cost products but showed us what would be best for our wishes. Lisa was lovely and caring. The space is beautiful and serene. And the reception room is onsite for an easy get-together with everyone afterwards. Highly recommend.
