Lazy and arrogant, not worth 1 star. Only became interested in the repair once he realised it was an insurance claim.Didn't waste anymore time with Vincent after witnessing his uncooperativness.Both thumbs down. And cleary the 8 other reviews are as rubbish as his poor attitude.
