I attended my first aerial yoga class at The Wellness Retreat and it was fantastic! Very welcoming for beginners and the instructor gave options of varying difficulty to cater for different experience and ability levels in the class which was great.I booked in 2 more sessions straight away and would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. I use the ice bath/sauna weekly, and have had nothing but positive experiences.The facility is incredibly clean, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere.Kade is absolutely wonderful and really knows her stuff too !So if you need to heal and/or recover physically or mentally, then this is the place you need to visit.

I saw Taryn for the Deluxe Steam and Body Massage treatment. Taryn was so lovely and calming, as soon as I walked inside I felt instantly relaxed and at ease. My treatment involved a massage, facial, steam pod with some intuitive healing. I left feeling amazing and like I was floating on a cloud. This definitely superseded any regular day-spa experience.The Wellness Hotel is an amazing addition to the local area and I can't wait to go back for another treatment. Kate has created a beautiful sanctuary for wellness and mindfulness. Thank you xx

I travelled hours to see Kate and the Salt Sauna with my kids, and it was worth every minute of the drive. The Wellness Hotel is both welcoming and a calm space. Kate is kind and extremely accomodating.We will definitely be back!

Incredible! Must go! As soon as you step inside it is like you are in a different world not a shopping centre. It is all layed out beautifully. The yoga room space is amazingly tranquil. I did a 60m open pool float which was incredible! The feeling of being weightless and no pressure on any joints is so amazing. Relaxing to a meditation track in darkness with just the star lights on. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, all round amazing experience highly recommend!

Had my first visit to The Wellness Hotel yesterday. I treated myself to an hour float. My goodness, it was amazing! Having never experienced a float before I was given helpful advice before and after about the benefits etc. I loved the little 'pool' and appreciated the shower afterwards. Such a wonderful space, they've thought of everything. Highly recommend a visit & I can't wait to return!

Love love love this place, I have been having treatments at the Wellness Hotel for 12 months and absolutely love it. Kate, the owner is beautiful, kind, and full of knowledge on what treatment and or experience is right for you at this time in your life. Recently they ran a fasting retreat the first of its kind and I was lucky to be a part of this incredible group led by an amazing doctor. Truly an experience that will change your life forever I didn't want it to end. Cannot recommend Kate and the Wellness Hotel enough!

I walk into the wellness hotel feeling heavy, tired and exhausted. I float out feeling light, refreshed, empowered and joy. My favourite is float therapy - it transforms me and I would highly recommend to anyone, especially with the wonderful meditation that’s played through it. Wow. Such a wonderful place the wellness hotel.

Hi ,I just wanted to say that as you know I had my first session yesterday afternoon and would like to provide some feedback which is as follows:Firstly I found the experience a little daunting but after relaxing and just going with it I found the experience quite amazing . At one point I could hear my heart beat and it was if was just slow rhythmic and calming.Overnight I’ve had the best sleep I’ve had in years and was woken up in a fright by a knock at the door. I slept through my alarm and haven’t felt so replenished for as long as I can remember.I am pain free seriously pain free. I’m on the waiting list for a new knee and for the first time in years zero pain in my knee and walked standing straight and without a limp.When I say pain free I have numerous daily muscle aches and pains from everyday work and general lower back pain which is constant and at times debilitating which requires pain killers.Also I feel clarity in my mind but the most surprising thing is I forgot to take my diabetes medication this morning and normally around midday if I don’t take it my sugar levels are between 8 and 12. I just tested myself and my sugar levels were at 4.5 which I’ve never reached even on medication. Normally it sits between 5 and 6.5 on medication. That was quite a surprise and is why I’ve written to you to give you some feedback.I can’t explain this but I can explain how I’m feeling so if its placebo then I want more. If it’s real then I want more . Thank you for introducing me to this non-invasive chemical free , drug free alternative to healing .With honesty and integrity I would be more than happy to recommend the Wellness Hotel and this type of therapy to anyone. Great place,I highly recormmend it, my children bought a christmas pass for me as a gift and thats how I tried the centre and if you have aches and pain in you body you should look at the Wellness Hotel,it will make a difference.
