From the moment you enter TSDS you feel calm and relaxed. The light filled studio is airy, clean and I love the pops of greenery.I absolutely love Laura’s classes. She is so sweet yet challenging! No one does a mat class like Laura! The perfect mix of spice, stretch and always flows so well!Cannot wait to come back!

Best Pilates studio!!All the teachers are amazing and keep you motivated to keep going through the class, correcting your posture and offering more difficult or easier alternatives to your workout.It’s the only studio I’ve ever been excited on going to everyday!Definitely recommend to anyone down south, for whatever period of time they’re here!

Where to start…from the moment you step inside TSDS you’re greeted by the best instructors in the biz with welcoming smiles. The classes are well structured, varied, challenging and fun. This is the only form of exercise that I’ve stuck at for longer than a year and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the support and guidance of the beautiful instructors. Before starting Pilates I struggled with shoulder and neck pain from Bursitis but now feel stronger and more confident in my movement, and prominently pain free! Margs wouldn’t be the same without TSDS :) Thanks Laura!

This is my happy place! I never really did Pilates before TSDS opened and now I am hooked! The teachers are amazing and friendly and very talented. I feel so strong, toned, and balanced in my day to day life- all because TSDS. I highly recommend for anyone, any age!

I love this studio. Great space, great teachers, small classes with individual attention. Be sure to book in advance as all classes are really popular and space is limited. Also a great selection of classes on schedule too and there’s a great spot next door for delicious local produce, salads and coffee. My favourite classes are the reformer which work really well with my list of injuries. Studio is highly recommended.

I have been going to TSDS since they opened and I love it so much! The care the instructors put into their classes is amazing. I feel so much stronger and more balanced since incorporating their classes into my life. I couldn't recommend TSDS enough to anyone looking for a challenging, fun and safe way to improve their fitness!

In a short space of time, TSDS has become a great little community. The beautiful studio space and team of knowledgeable instructors who welcome locals and visitors alike are a testament to Laura. I'm so glad I found this place; it has become my sanctuary.
