Adventure Flight Training (Moama)

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience to obtain my pilots license. I have been a student at a Moorabbin flight school when I was going for my PPL and I had 5 different instructors there who were not consistent in their teachings. I then went to Adventure Flight Training for my RPL. Josh is an amazing flight instructor and his team are incredible. The training is easy to understand, consistent and it does not have the stress that I experienced at Moorabbin. They also truely care for their students. The passion is real there. It has been the most fun and best flying experience I’ve had. I couldn’t recommend Adventure Flight Training enough. These guys are the best. Thanks for my wings AFT.

From someone who had no experience in a plane, Josh at Adventure flight training has made my experience nothing short of incredible. A fun, safe and exciting environment to learn a new skill has been great and I’m looking forward to progressing my learning in this new world of aviation.

Josh and the team at Adventure Flight Training are amazing. It's finally nice to see a school that focuses on having fun in aviation! Coming from a corporate world in aviation, it was so much fun getting some time in the Topaz aircraft (remind me of why I love flying!) They are strong, reliable aircraft that makes you a well rounded pilot. Great part of the country for anyone who wants to learn to fly. The ability for NAV training to be turned into adventures flying away to another location and riding the OneWheel into town for lunch is something no other school would be doing. Becoming a pilot can be an expensive exercise that requires a lot of time and hard work. So to learn in an environment where you get to have fun, be mates with other students and instructors is truly a breath of fresh air in this industry.

You're in safe hands with Josh and the team. Josh made my first flight so comfortable, put my nerves at rest and gave me the confidence to learn a new skill I didn't think I could ever achieve. All instruments and instructions were explained in a way that wasn't overwhelming and with genuine patience. Couldn't wipe the smile off my face.

These guys are incredible. The head instructor Josh is an amazing teacher, and mentor for any inspiring pilot. Really knows how to find those little ways to help each student and really does add adventure into the flying with destinations for your training really up to you. The Topaz aircraft is such an amazing piece of kit and a dream to fly and learn in. And if you haven't been on a One Wheel, well you will after doing some training here. Check them out you won't be disappointed

learnt to fly with Josh at Adventure flight training in Moama and have just completed my RPC. If you’re thinking of learning to fly I highly recommend josh and ATF. Awesome plane, great instructor and a fantastic place to fly!

If you are keen to learn flying, this is the best place to do it. I am currently learning to fly with Josh, and he is an excellent trainer. You will enjoy every moment. You will never be frustrated choosing this place.

Great school, great instructors, and a great way to expand on prior flight experience or start from scratch. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Astonishing to see my progress in just a week with these guys, being able to push limits in a safe and fun manner. Looking forward to continuing here.
