Recently used this company for a local move and could not be happier. I found them to be very affordable, hard working and quick while also taking care not to damage our belongings and very friendly. This was our first experience using removalists and we could not be happier. It made our move far less stressful, we will definitely be using these guys again should we move anytime soon.

Very friendly, helpful blokes delivered our new couch today. Unfortunately there were some issues inside the packaging which they photographed and dealt with promptly and professionally. I will definitely be calling them back next time we need something moved.

They guys were great with the delivery, but I had paid extra for the couch to be assembled and rubbish taken away. I had to ask as they were about to walk out if they could do this. They took the rubbish but did not assemble as they said the old couches were in the way. I'm pregnant and moved the old couches to the side and assembled myself. What took me an hour to do would have taken them 10 min.

Highly recommend. They made moving house less stressful, the guys worked so hard, we could not believe how much they got done in the 3 hours we had them - all with a smile on their face and super polite. Thank You again, couldn't have done it without you.

Just had two reclining chairs delivered. Very professional service. They were friendly, quick and cleaned up and took the rubbishy away. Great job guys

The boys who delivered my furniture were polite and efficient. I was notified when the delivery was coming and again when the truck was approaching my home. I would have liked them to unpack the boxes and take them awayas I had to get one of the items replaced due to damage, not from the local transport, probably during shipmen from overseas. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with the delivery. I was asked where I wanted the boxes to be placed.

The delivery staff rang us half an hour before they arrived. They were polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our house is on a steep slope and they delivered and took away the bed and mattress effortlessly. Definitely recommend this company.

I had my furniture stored for 3 years in their warehouse at no time did they ever contact me to advise that they had moved my items to a storage container outside of the warehouse in the heat. In hind sight if given the option I would have moved my belongings to a different facility.Upon delivery of my goods (I used a different company) to my new home 90% of my belongings were heat damaged. When Grace found out I was using a different company she only had negative comments about the people I chose to remove my items, BTW Grace, they did an excellent job, took less time than your guys when you removed my items from my home.Items that DID NOT BELONG TO ME were labelled with my name, I had 2 boxes that were LABELLED WITH SOMEONE ELSES NAME but actually belonged to me.Unprofessional, as it took Grace over six months to issue the first invoice, I emailed several times with no response.Seriously not cool. Would I use their storage facility again NO.Can't wait for your response to the review Grace.

I cannot speak highly enough of the two gentlemen who delivered my washing machine. Harvey Norman had made an error in the delivey instructions by omitting to state that installation was included. The gentleman were unpacking as I was on the phone. All sorted, Jakes Trucks will be paid appropriately and I am delighted to have new installed and old one gone.
