When we enquired about a property Cohen replied with possibly the most condescending email I have ever received. He demanded that we check whether we are able to finance the property and only then would he provide the address. With this unprofessional conduct I would never sell a property through him.

We've been lucky enough to be using Eric Cohen since October 2016. NEVER ONCE has there been any issue. Anytime I've had to contact him, he's attended to everything immediately!I've worked with a lot of real estate agents in my 34 years being a tenant, and Eric, his wife, and staff (especially Illana), have just been magic. If circumstances were different for me, I'd still be there.Thank you Eric!

Don't like how they somehow got our name and address then sent advertising material to us (via a letter drop) as a formal addressed letter so it wasn't considered 'junk' mail. I caught the delivery person dropping the letter in and when I gave the letter back she asked, would you like your name removed from our list?" I told her it should never have been there in the first place. I don't like these tactics. If I wanted your service

Eric Cohen and his team are highly recommended. He is hands on and care about the property. As a tenant of his over the past 3 or so years he was very responsive and fast in taking action of what is needed to be done. I couldn't recommend Mckinnon Real Estate highly enough.Both Renee and Andrew where so professional and knowledgeable they gave us so much advice before putting the house up for sale and during the sale.They where in constant contact and always returned our phone calls promptly.Nothing was every to much and no question or request we had was to much.Very honest and up front never did we feel like they where just talking it up to get our listing so professional.
