The factory offers free tours assuming that you booked with Miles Jackson (CEO) before. I attended two of them, one with Miles and another one with Lloyd Spiegel, both were really interesting and informative. I got my Cole Clark to be checked up before I get back home and there were no worries. Really welcoming staff and answer any question really quickly. And obviously excellent guitars too if there's still need to mention...

A+++. Went for the factory tour on 14 October 2022 with my father in law. Lloyd was wonderful showing/explaining the wonders of the guitar making process. I would definitely recommend this place for any guitarist/instrument lovers. It's was also great to see Australia manufacturing at this level of sophistication to kudos to the entire company!! Exceptional playing guitars, great customer service, fantastic repair detail, best guitar and manufacturer I've dealt with.I recently found my Angel 2 Eco Series' headstock had split straight down the centre, and was understandably gutted! Within two weeks from first contact with the Cole Clark factory, she's been collected, repaired and returned to me. I had an occasional popping sound when plugged in so I took the guitar to Cole Clark's service centre . I met Miles and a service craftsman and the problem was rectified without charge. The staff and friendliness of atmosphere was first rate. A five star experience.
