Kaffein was so helpful and professional when handling my order. They sent me photos and updates from the beginning when preparing the order to shipping it. I've never had this experience of receiving a premium service with another store, I can't wait for my order!

I bought this bag to use for makeup when travelling and it is the perfect size to fit everything I need. It also comes with an adjustable cross body strap so it can be worn as a bag on a night out!

Poor quality products and bad customer service. I purchased two items from Kaffein and one of the airpod cases has a tendency to raise the Airpods out of the case when fully opened. I have emailed them twice about this issue but not hearing any replies at all. Paid $40 for this and literally threw it out straight away. Very disappointing.P.s: Saying im abusive when I have proof of emails and purchase receipts? I am bringing this to Consumers Affairs. See you at court!

I have just reordered another Samsung S10 leather phone case from Kaffein. I have worn my out that I purchased in May 2021. The products are very well made and absolutely amazing for the price.The customer service is first class. They make you feel special because they go out of their way to help with special requests, Nothing is too much trouble, as all you have to do is ask and they will accommodate if it is doable.If you want great quality leather products, then this is the business to order them from. Trust me, I know as I only ever buy quality!
