During the entire purchase of my hot house Peter’s communication was outstanding. He keep me informed at every step of the process. He was at the end of the phone to answer all questions. Even when my installer let me down he came to the rescue and put my hot house together for me. I am extremely pleased with the Combo 3.0, I purchased. It’s flexibility allows me to control the environment to grow my plants. I believe the quality of the product justifies the price. I highly recommend Aussie Shade & Hot Houses.

I finished putting up our shadehouse yesterday, 20/08/21 . It has been a good job to do during lockdown. As you know I only have one useful arm and I found the process of erecting the shadehouse quite easy. I was not fast but then I had a lot of time to fill, didn't I?From the beginning it was good to talk to you about what we needed and have you customise the Combo2 to our needs. Then it was easy to pick up all of the parts in our car, with your help. At home I went through the Checklist and everything was there in the quantities shown.My attempt at putting the first level together needed a re-do and I was surprised how easy it was to separate the fittings again (with help from the rubber mallet). As time went on I enjoyed working with the pipes and fittings, they are sturdy but also pliable and very easy to work with. The shadecloth went on easily.The shadehouse fits very well in the space available.Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

OMG the BEST experience I have had with a company in many years! Peter was an absolute delight to deal with and was patient, kind and very knowledgeable and worked through options with me ensuring I ordered the Shade House that suits my needs. His communication was efficient, timely and kind. Peter also ensured that my delivery option taken was the most cost effective for me and he saved me hundreds in doing this. Maybe it was luck, but I was advised from time deposit paid it may take 3 to 4 weeks to delivery which I was fine with, but it was ready within a couple of weeks, all done. These guys made a 30 yr old Greenhouse look new. What a fantastic job and fantastic experience . Its wonderful to deal with professionals they were given a few measurements and an old bit of shade cloth and they sent back a product that fitted perfectly. Highly recommended

After seeing the shade houses I called Peter about making some custom seedling covers for the veggie garden. He had a kit made up and delivered very quickly. Assembly was incredibly straightforward and easy, and they’re working great in the garden.

My Master Series 2.46m long shadehouse with double shelving looks great. It arrived well packed with each piece numbered ready for assembly. Assembly of the frame was easy enough but a lot of holes needed to be drilled to fit the covers. Now it is up we are very happy!

I totally love my covered plant stand. Recently in Moree we had several days of 44 degrees heat. Normally my plants would have died but under the cover on my plant stand they survived :) Amazing customer service as well and was easy to put up. Thanks so much Peter and Joanne.

Peter and his team manufactured a custom hot/shadehouse for me to protect tropical plants from heat in the harsh Western Australian summer and cold temps in winter. I had been looking at their products for a few years and finally took the plunge. Incredibly happy with the outcome and now not sure why I waited so long. Everything is of excellent quality and the workmanship is very thorough.Thanks again to Peter and his team.
