Great options, so happy to finally have one close to home that too with longer working hours.

Honestly, I drive a bit more to come here rather than the Bankstown store. You guys are amazing! Friendly and fast service, teas even taste better!

I went there to get a drink and then I accidentally bumped in to the door then they swear at me and say I’m going to kill u and if u come back to my shop I will be killing u they have bad customer service the guy that said that is tall with black hair he has bad language towards customers

I like the guy who is incharge of Cashier/Barista today at Gong Cha Punchbowl, He's good looking, kind and so so hospitable

This is a great place for bubble tea. My favourite one is Mango Alison. I find it hard to get parking in this area and limited access. The staff are really good good and very fast service. I also have a suggestion regarding the sizes; here, they don't provide XL size and it will be good to have that during summer.

Very small bubble tea place in Punchbowl however the drinks come out fast ..the price is more expensive compared to other bubble tea places and the loyalty points they have are very hard to get on the app.

I had 10 stamps, they didn't give me my free drink. The app went back to showing 1/10 when I was on 10/10.... They said even though it was 10/10 and the 11th drink should be free they said their system is not showing it and didn't give me my drink. Absolutely disgusting service. Don't advertise the 10 stamps if you're not going to give a free drink.

Never fails to deliver.Staff are pleasant.Shop is always neat and tidy.Bubbler tea quality is consistent with what you would expect from the franchise.Great work guys!

I went at 8:10PM on 10 March 2022.Once I went in the store I told them my order Hi can I have one large strawberry au last with soy milk normal sugar and less ice" love it the worker answer was "No" I was shock because I have went to a lot of different gongcha in Sydney and they could do soy milk. I told her I will have to call my friend to check than I ask for a mango milk tea and brown sugar milk tea the answer was "No" once again. After that I ask "what do you have that will be soy milk?" Her answer was "Pearl Milk tea".I dont know what both workers was doing but from what I saw they look busy talking to each other.So I want and got to the bankstown gongcha at 8:21PM and order 4 milk tea 2 of them is mango and strawberry au last milk tea with soy milk and the other 2 was normal milk.Just want to ask is punchbowl gongcha the only one in Sydney that don't do soy milk for any drink but the normal Pearl Milk tea and royal milk tea?And the photo the drinks is from bankstown"
