The range is as bad as any woolworths. The baskets are sticky and filthy. Some of the fridge products go off before the use by date. Unlike almost every other supermarket, they have LOUD loud speaker announcements that are also done with the microphone way too close to the mouth. So impossible to understand thru distortion. No training. Also, almost evry1 on checkout is totally stupid when they pack.There are good points, and staff, but they are overshadowed by the awful.

Dropped in to pick up some last minute dinner items and everything I needed was in stock, and would you beleive it, on sale! Thought I had hit the jackpot.What really made it a successful and humbling shop, was being gifted a small hamper of mixed Australian fresh fruits from two wonderful staff members.With the cost of fruit (and every other grocery item) soaring, this little act of kindness has helped immensely in our household.I have shopped at this particular store for many years now, and the staff have always been helpful, patient, understanding and pleasant.Will definitely be back and will always recommend!!Thank you Richlands staff for your gesture today ☺️

This Woolworths is a great window into the impoverished and neglected working class of Australia. It provides the viewer/shopper a constant stream into the effects of alcoholism, domestic violence, poverty and substance abuse. An underclass worthy of neglect and subservience. Property development in Richlands and the surrounding suburbs has gentrified this area. The developers of this area are only interested in investment opportunities, not habitability, thus amenities of this area have suffered greatly. The spike in population has caused commercial stagnation, which affects the richlands woolworths supply severely, evident by consistently empty shelves of basic food items such as eggs or beef. Capitalism will one day collapse. It is no longer a matter of if, but when.

The main anchor tenant at Richlands Plaza, a medium size store busy undergoing an upgrade at the moment. A tidy store with all the regular stock and produce that you would expect from Woolies. I did find that there were only a few self check-out tills as well as a few manned tills. When it's busy there's a bit of a back-up.

Won’t be returning. This has been our go to store ever since it opened but they’ve closed the express lanes so now you have to queue behind the big shoppers. Another example of Woolworths inconveniencing customers in the interest of profits. Won’t be back.

First time shopping @ Woolworth yesterday. Store clean, shelves well stocked, considering its a week before Christmas & thought it would be chaos, surprisingly it wasn't. Staff polite and helpful. Best to plan your times as carpark can become an issue,otherwise, I'm happy with this store.

Two stars for the own chicken Kiev from their deli. Overprocessed garbage and I'd be surprised if there is any chicken in them at all. Horrible.

Walked in, No hand carts.had to walk right around to the self pay checkouts to grab one. Finished shopping, no bags at checkouts.Went to service desk to buy phone. No staff. Asked the person checking bags to call somebody. Waited 10 minutes for someone to serve me.
