Great psychologists but terrible adminstration. Really disappointed in the way they deal with feedback/complaints. I think the fact the only review they have replied to is a negative one is really telling. A caring and compassionate team committed to development would acknowledge the positive reviews as well and not just save the words to defend themselves.

My children and I all attend WPS Melton South and all Staff members we have dealt/deal with go above and beyond in helping cater to our individual needs and are very mindful, caring and understanding of all our different and unique situations. Reception staff have always assisted in explaining anything to do with the billing system and have offered additional information regarding other options should the circumstances at WPS not be suitable to our financial situation or our needs. For us WPS and it's staff provide a very professional and caring service.

I have been a client for many years. WPS has supported me through some very challenging life events and life in general. Highly recommend their services.

Between a lack of communication from the office, they are more focused on billable sessions over progress of clients. Recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality.
