Amazing stuff . Educator wafaa is the best Teacher my kids ever had . My kids very happy with . They changed way too much . My son and my daughter now knows how to write read letters sort colors , says stories , create new games , respect others , use polite words for communication and more and more. I was scared to put my kids in family day care but later i was really impressed with the outcome. Highly recommended especially miss wafaa

My daughter has been with Alice in bankstown and has been very engaged and a busy girl everyday. Alice has really provided my daughter with good care and puts a lot of effort into doing alot of art and craft with her everyday. I really appreciate your work Alice and I hope anyone on the area considers her as a carer for their child.

Just spoke to some lady called Dana, not only was she rude but she was unhelpful. Told her what my requirements are but was uninterested and made it difficult to speak to her about getting my son into placement

Bankstown Family Day Care Scheme
Very bad including customer services, educator quality, etc... When I complained educator did something wrong to my baby. I don't want to say specific things in here, they sent me email and say that was more appropriate to accept that. I'm sure no parent want to this happen to any children. Educator tried to explain around and around. And they didn't say SORRY or say anything, even I called them 2 times to ask how they solved down that but they didn't do and forgot it. Totally, I won't recommend anyone to put your children in Bankstown Family Day Care in Bass Hill.

Honestly they r amazing .... very professional with paper work no mistakes .... educator work is awesome i put my kids with wafaa abdallah she is an educator at bankstown family day care she is the best i never thought my kids gonna change she teaches from her heart very professional almost 15 years experience. I moved my kids to almost 5 different chlid care nothing was good enough like the educator wafaa ... god bless her
