One of the best pho I tasted in Melbourne. The broth have deep flavours and tasty. The portion also very generous. The dry noodles are a little disappointing compared to the pho. Noodles are too chewy (undercooked) and they messed up our order but didn't admit it.Food - 8Service - 6Vibe - 7Price - $$

NICE FOOD BUT THE WAITER IS NOT REALLY FRIENDLY . WE HAVE ORDERED THE FOOD WHEN THE WAITER PUT OUR FOOD ON THE TABLE LIKE THEY THROW IT TO YOUR FACE.NICE AND HUGE RESTAURANT IN THE CORNER OF THE SHOPPING CENTRE NEXT TO LIBRARY.EVERYTHING IS OKAY BUT THE WAITERS.YUMMY VIETNAMESE BEEF NOODLE STYLE.I WONT CHOOSE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME TO COME BY.JUST THE WAY OF THEY SERVE YOU BUT THE FOOD IS NICE.ONCE DAY I WILL COME BACK.

Always great tasting foodOne of the best places to get authentic Vietnamese food in Saint Albans.I can recommend the pho or signature chilli soups which are both different but equally delicious. The broth here has a deep rich flavourful taste not found in every other noodle shop.If you want something like fried the chicken spare rib is a must, every time we have ordered it we swap the ordinary rice for tomato rice. The one drawback for some people is the waitresses don't always speak English, but that just makes it more authentic right...Was so good we all came back to eat some of the big sharing dishes for dinner!

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant!! Place: easy to reach, traffic can be busy during the weekend or after scholl hours. Parking: plenty, but expect to be busy during peak hours. Interior: clean but maybe need a bit of face lift. Waitress: attentive, and quick to serve. Can be sometime confusing, but that's an opportunity to learn some Vietnamese words. Food: We ordered large pho, and shrimp spring roll. For drink: Vietnamese coffee, sugarcane, durian, and avocado. The portion for large pho was enough for 2 adults 2 kids (us). They offered smaller bowls to share the food. Authentic taste on pho... should be the benchmark! Chicken meat was so tender, whilst the soup it self was so good with rich of different herbs' taste and fragrances. Spring roll came with more than enough vegetables. For the $$$ definitely worth the money. They put Note on the counter that they charge extra for payment made with card. But maybe it also depends on the counter lady or how much you purchase, as we didn't get the extra charge even when we paid with card. Will come back again.

Very disappointed with the two dishes we selected. The stewed beef dish - banh mi bò kho, was cooked with the wrong cut. It’s either gravy beef or brisket but definitely not top side! The Cambodian noodle dish - hủ tiếu Nam Vang was full of msg, and it seems the chef forgot to slice the cuttle fish. Thus us how we finished these two dishes :(.

The Boss Lady at the cashiers desk is ridiculously rude. Why all the attitude? You run a successful enterprise. Indifference I don't mind, but straight up scorn is not necessary. Happened multiple times. They got my bill wrong and overcharged a dish. I let Boss Lady know very politely, and she wasn't having it? Gave up, because life is too short. There BBH can be great, but it's inconsistent. Started going to Dong Ba 2 instead. Better and consistently good BBH, friendly service and they actually want my business. Suggest that if you don't like service here with Boss Lady you do the same as me and switch to Dong Ba 2. Hopefully this will be my refund in 'Karma Dollars'.

Love the Goat meat hot pot, the accompanying veggie and noodles. The grilled squid in XO sauce recommended by the staff was alright. We also had the three coloured dessert. The staff was busy and forgot one of the dish we ordered. But it was for the better because we were pretty full for four people.

Came here with Mum on a hot, Sunday lunchtime in early March. What do you eat when it's the low 30 degrees? Bun Bo Hue of course! You're already sweating, might as well get it going.Song Huong is right next to St Albans Library. We were sat in the corner and Mum immediately ordered one small ($14) and one medium ($15) BBH. I don't have it all that often but I was hankering for that spicy broth. It didn't disappoint. Not only was the spice there, it was just hot enough to be drinkable, bordering on burning my mouth. Just how I like it. The combination of spring onion, brown onion slivers sliced so thinly they're transparent, as well as pork hock and cha lua it's a symphony of flavour that sets your furnace alight.Want authentic Bun Bo Hue? Come to Song Huong.

The Bun Bo Hue broth is full of flavour, spicy and they are quite generous with the meat. I like the combination of meat selection. They give you heaps of lettuce and mint as well.
