Very relaxed old school martial arts club. Definantely not a Mcdojo. John has been known in the industry for more than 50 years, international comps and as a referee. Family friendly club but takes gradings and technique seriously. There is now Karate being offered with an instructor from Geelong. This addes to the diversity of classes and stypes on offer. Highly recommended.

John is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. It is hard to find any martial art school that have so many black belts that have been going to the same dojo for 10+ years. The kick n box & Taekwondo classes are excellent as John also included self defence techniques at the end of each classes.

Great place to go if you want to get fit & learn martial arts. John is the best teacher in Melbourne with more experience than anybody.

Having a black belt myself in Tae Qwon Do I was curious to see how the dojo was run. John's mild manner hides an internationally accredited 7th dan in Tae Qwon Do - plus many other martial arts qualifications. After asking around I started my young son there - and a year later we are both doing it.
