You can believe their ads. My feet were happier within the first few minutes. Day 3 now and I can feel the improvement already. The arches are a life saver. And it is a one time investment for about the same as you’d pay for orthotics. You can exchange them at anytime in the future. I’m sure I will need mine adjusted as my feet improve and the inflammation settles. Do yourself a favour and check them out. It’s worth the $2000

Purchased a pair of Propet shoes from store in a hurry, never thought at the time the lack of service, no measurement of feet, would have got more service from a market seller. This store brags of Engineered for Pain Relief and Comfort (quite the contrary in my experience) What to Expect at The Good Feet Store (expect nothing because that is what I got) Very poor customer service, shoes are now making my feet bleed.

Exceptional customer service provided by Amber at the Good Feet Mt Gravatt Store. I cannot believe how quickly my feet were measured, questions asked about my health and then arch supports provided for me to test. Each one slipped into my shoe made such a difference to my posture and how I walked. I couldn't believe the difference they made straight away. Lots of Wows" from me. I'm seeking pain relief from an old knee injury and am looking forward to wearing my arch supports as recommended to hopefully regain more confidence when it comes to hiking and general outdoor activities.Backed by science

Recently had to get my inserts replaced after many years of incident free use.Mary welcomed me into the store and guided me through the process very well. The product knowledge and attention to what worked for me was excellent. Once the new inserts were fitted the after sales service was as promised and she followed me up each week for the first month to ensure the inserts were working well.Can't speak highly enough of the experience at Good Feet Store Mt Gravatt - well done team (especially Mary).

Took the bus there. They only sell one brand of shoe for men(Brooks), which have no special design features for feet support. The shop two doors down was far more helpful. This shop is only good for buying insoles.

Karen was friendly, polite and knew her field. My feet feel better already. Highly recommend the Good feet store at Mt Gravatt-edit to original review. Not fit for purpose. Have caused further issues. My feet are more sore than before. Offered a refit or credit (yes 2300 worth of shoes is handy..not). When i stated i thought i had tears from use of these orthotics was told no refit would be done until i saw a gp. 2 weeks before i can see a gp which makes it out of 30 day refit/credit period. They are expensive plastic which does no better than a store bought pair for $60. I was in a great deal of pain when i entered their store and would pay anything for relief but that has not been the case. I feel very ripped off. They are just preying on peoples vulnerabilities
