Great experience for the whole family getting kitted out. The guy in his mid 40s, ( i think it was louis) was easy to deal with. Hope the knee heals up soon mate! Will be coming back again, but NOT with the in laws!

The girls were great help getting our gears, the tall lanky dude didn't help much commenting on the background, felt abit unwelcomed then. Returning the gear the gentleman working on Monday morning was awesome to deal with, quick process.

We came across a bad experience with a girl who had a tint of blue hair in the front. She came out as totally rude and was sounding really frustrated. It seemed like she didn’t want to serve us, couldn’t help but wonder if she had a racial issue. On the other hand, I have to mention that there was this girl who said she’s been to Sri Lanka a couple of times, she was really nice to us.

Quick service was provided and all the snow gear we needed for our trip.We were given great instructions on how to use snow chains as well which was luck as we had to fit them.

Very friendly staff. We hired chains for our car to travel to Hotham. The guy who dealt with us was so friendly and explained everything nicely, he even gave us recommendations to places nearby. Would highly recommend.

the ski boots didn’t quite fit right so I had to pick up another pair in Hotham. Easy to do with my feet. If you know what you want, the service is very friendly!Just keep in mind skis and boards can be really big - so it’s up to you whether lugging them up the mountain is worth the savings.
