Good hair cut with decent price. Sometime there is long queue but it is understandable as the hairdressers are quite meticulous with their customers.

Automated purchase process, waiting area and then professional haircut. Speedy and friendly haircutting service and most affordable in the centre.

Very cost effective place, professional too. One of the guys patiently cutting the kids hair, very good experience with them. Will definitely use them again.The only downside is because they are very cheap, the queue could be long, especially over the weekend

Horrible Haircut. I give them simple instructions, and he completely ignores them. Cut the sides and back and leave the top. They horrendously blend the sides from the top. Embarrassed to go out with this haircut. And at least put an effort to style it. It felt like I was leaving with a wet mop on my head.

I had a hair cut 2 weeks ago from a different place and normally would get a skin fade from them. A skin fade would cost $15 at clips and cuts. I'm okay with that given that I am after a trim only and had my hair cut recently. However, they have increased their prices by almost 100% but have not increased their value. My hair is not shampooed, there is no customer service or friendliness. I also had to wait for 45 min for an average cut and low quality service. At $15 it makes sense as it is treated as a commodity and a trim but at $25 and for a trim only there is no value and I will not be returning. Further I know the owner is paying their staff based on what they have done and dont blame the owner for increasing prices when I'm after a trim only. They don't even take credit card and have a vending machine/ ticket set up. The ladies clippers needing charging and my hair got caught in her machine. I won't be returning.
