When a customer requests which rolls she wants (twice) and gets told they are all the same" (twice) some training needs to be given to this staff member. Don't they know that the customer is always right. They have lost me."

Bakers Delight Airport West
I visited Bakers Delight at 4.00 pm on a school day. They had very few normal white round bread rolls. Their products were hard as rock and hard to eat, and they were not fresh at all. Despite this this customer service was good and the worker was friendly and helpful.
