I have been using Westfield Hornsby Post Office for years. I have NEVER had anything but an EXCELLENT, POSITIVE experience here. Staff are friendly and so helpful all the time...with every visit. I couldn't be happier with the service. Rod, the manager is amazing, as is ALL his staff. Thank you Hornsby Westfield Post Office for going above and beyond. Gold medal 5-star service!! Highly recommend!!

Worst experience ever. If I could give a minus star I would. Went in on Saturday to lodge my daughter’s passport application, got told they don’t do passport on weekend. Then got told I have to bring my old passport as well, but can’t come back on the same day as they won’t take it in. I have to come on a weekday! What a horrible experience! Will never go in there again! Horrible attitude, no appreciation of other people’s time at all!

The man with the feminine voice is condescending and pretentious. Please replace this man or train him better. The post office around the corner on coronation - or even 10min away Normanhurst is worth the trip to not have to deal with this poor representative of aus post.

Poor management.We have secure mailboxes for a reason. Why is Australia Post placing the mail incorrectly in the mailboxes giving more opportunity to thieves to take it?

Australia Post has terrible service. We are working from home and they never ring the bell when they deliver the parcel. Few minutes later we were received messages saying Attempted delivery - No one attendant". They even never leave parcel letter. I made a thousands of complaints and they are never been solved. We was advised by AP staff that they do not deliver parcels for units". WHAT???Wasting money paid for home delivery

Waited 15 mins in queue. With 2 staff trying to get a toddlers photo for 10mins and no succed. Then I'm told I have to get an appointment for passport. How am I to know I got my own done in another office and took 5 mins.Terrible service for tax payer paid public servicant.

This has to be the absolute worst post office in New South Wales.Never have I ever experienced such a condescending and pretentious group of staff.There were 4 staff members, the older gentleman in the white shirt seems lovey - the rest should be heavily reviewed and reconsidered.Just remember - you’re customer service representatives, act your role and stop thinking you can talk down to your customers.Your role is to serve, and advise - not criticise. Do better, or get new staff - if not, shut it down.
