Clean and friendly service. Sides were a bit lacking but the main event of each dish was on point. Complimentary snacks in the pokie area is amazing. Not the hotels fault but there are only 5 parking bays.

Great food. Great service. Great price. I told myself to take photo when I got my meal, but it looked so good I forgot! Wasn’t disappointed either!

We had our engagement party here a few weeks ago in the Platform One function room and it was amazing! The space is huge and the bar is great! it’s an easy space to decorate and the staff are very accommodating and really lovely and easy to deal with. Highly recommend hosting your next event here!

Located just across the road from Indooroopilly train station, the Indooroopilly Hotel is a very convenient place to go to. We stopped here for dinner one night for a classic pub dinner which is generally hard to get wrong. The food tasted great, steaks and chicken well cooked however we were let down by the complete lack of sides! We had to pay extra to get a side of salad/veggies with the meat which just came with one side. The mash to steak ratio on my rib eye was complete disproportionate too, with mash outweighing steak 2:1. Sauce with the chips was also mysteriously not a given. For the price you are paying, one would hope that you get something a little more well presented. Finally the dinner room is very echo-y and it was hard to have a conversation without raising your voice.

Food and the environment was ok, it’s obvious their toilets have not been renovated. Would be good to see if they can improve their food style.

Excellent service provided by Rene, Lela and all the staff. The function was a 21st and we were always kept informed of developments leading up to the event. The food was very good and had plenty positives through the night. Will use the venue again. Thank you

This is a spacious, clean and airy pub bistro with comfortable seating, large tables and strong lighting. The menu isn’t big but there’s something for everyone including our fav pub specials like fish and chips, schnitzels, steaks and burgers. Also on special, the night we dined was a schooner of refreshing Great Northern Super Crisp at just $6. And the great thing about the menu is that they have a selection of seniors specials, which you can avail yourself of on presentation of your seniors card. We took advantage of that, and ordered calamari, fish and chips and rissoles, to share between two of us, for a modest total of only $42. All dishes come with chips and salad or mash and vegetables, and at $14 a dish, that’s unbeatable value for money. The servings were generous and the quality of the food was first class. To start, the calamari was soft and chewy, and served with crispy chips and a nutritious salad. The main courses were equally good. My wife’s fish was succulent and tender, and it came with creamy mash and crunchy carrots and broccoli. My rissoles were tasty and well cooked, just the way I like them and they were served with chips, salad and a little bowl of warm gravy to give it that extra flavour. They were all thoroughly enjoyable meals that were nicely presented to the table on smart crockery. We ended with another of our favourites: sticky date pud with cream and ice cream ($12). The pud was moist and sweet and the fresh cream and ice cream, with a slither of strawberry, were the perfect accompaniments: No better way to end the meal. The ambience is super casual, relaxed and homely. Covid protocols are in place and adhered to, which was reassuring, and the friendly greeting that we received from the lady working the front bar, made us feel welcome. Service from the bartender, who took orders and brought the food to the table was courteous, polite and efficient. Meals were delivered quickly and everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. We couldn’t have been happier with our first visit here, and as newcomers to this area, the Indooroopilly Hotel will be seeing more of us in future. There’s a convenient little parking lot just behind the hotel, where you’ll also find a handy BWS liquor store, so you can stock up there if you’re still thirsty. It’s worth noting that the Indooroopilly Hotel is part of the ALH Group, who own and run a number of licenced, entertainment and accommodation venues across the Brisbane area. We’ve been to a few of them recently, and they all display the same high quality of professionalism, with efficient service, outstanding food and a warm, homely and welcoming atmosphere. And with affordable and modest prices that make them accessible to everyone.

It's not the prettiest of bars and game rooms, but the staff always seem friendly, and prices aren't too bad (these are pretty much the reason It's not a 1-star rating tbqh). Although it is very much a sports bar, with not much choice for seating, none of it is particularly great, including the smoker's area.Unfortunately during our last visit here, (now 1-2 years ago) staff was doing nothing to stop the people smoking inside the bar, which was annoying some of our colleagues, resulting in us joining a couple smoking outside as it was lesser. I/We've been yet to return since this.Parking has been horrible in the past if there's any chance of it being busy, typically we only end up here if passing through, however.

We had a lovely time!Always drive pass this place but never been inside. A group if us went in tonight for a quick dinner. Were pleasantly surprised by this place. The service was so friendly. they were so kind with our 4 hungry kids in our group. Staff really went above and beyond to keep them happy. Our meal was pretty good too! Kids ate all their meals, husband happy with his steak n I certainly enjoyed my meal. To end the night, we order icecream for the little ones, very generous serving size. The staff were so patient with the kids even at their peak dinner hour. Absolutely wonderful. Definitely a 10/10 and we will be coming back :-)
