Clean done by Natalie...she showed up with the flu...I had to help..in fac I did more work than she did...the job was poorly done and the estate agent charged me more for a further clean.Never use them again. P Hayes.

F attends for 2 hours each 2nd week (fortnightly). She carries out her tasks conscientiously and willingly undertakes extra specific tasks.However, AbDom let her down by not providing in-service training. Being tutored by more experienced people in the business would help her to learn the tricks-of-the-trade and so achieve an even higher level of service.

I called twice and sent two messages. Each time I called they promised a call back that didn't happen. If they can't get their customer service right at the enquiry stage, I can only predict an ongoing CS relationship would have been very difficult. Following Absolute Domestic's (Clean Homes) response to my Google feedback , I checked all my email boxes including spam/junk and no emails were received from them at all. I wonder why I can't respond to their response without editing my original feedback???
