Phone an order through tonight at 7:16pm and was told 10 minutes. I walked out of the shop at 7:50pm with two cold kebabs. They had forgotten the chips with the order, went to the freezer and started to cook them. Again told two or three minutes.Unfortunately this a common occurrence for the shop.Prices are changing regularly as well.Never again, sorry fellas. Ive supported you as long as I can. I'll try the competition one block away.

Prices have gone up and food has gone to s$%tAlways closed when should be open according too times advertisedAnd I've literally drivin down to the shop after calling from home to find it not busy at all rang again from out front and watched him pick the phone off the bench hang it up and walk awayThis place use to be amazing but the new mangers or owners are useless avoid at all costs

Food is usually good, but they are never open. Advertised as 8.30/9 close and ive called in to find them closed as early as 7/7.30.

This joint has never failed to disappoint, great food. Wide variety of Pide's on offer and I highly recommend giving them a go. Don't forget their desserts too, they're amazing.

Friendly staff, excellent food, open late for Toronto with easy parking at night right out the front.I highly recommend the Pides, Kebabs and Baklava since I've never had a bad feed from there and they fixed my order when when the mistake was all mine in confusion when ordering.10/10.

Every single time I come to this shop, they get my order COMPLETLEY wrong.I suggest when ringing up you confirm your order with them about 8 times.Eftpos surcharge even on a $15.50 order.Ordered a beef pide, NO HERBS, normal cheese, tomato and onion.They give me a chicken pide (minimal chicken) with herbs.When I called and told them after multiple attempts, I was rudely advised that there was no herbs put on and to bring it back for a replacement, after already waiting 25 minutes for the first one this wasn't my option.Prices are high.Would not recommend, will not be returning.

Used to be good. Prices have sky-rocketed. Ordering online for some reason is way more expensive.Everytime I order I get a couple changes to my pizzas. I dont think its been correct in 6 months. Always missing something or wrong sauce. Even a stock pida gets the wrong ingredients on it from time to time.You get quoted 20 minute pick-up times on the phone. Arrive and get told its going to be further 10-15 minutes, even when the store is completely empty. I really used to like ordering from here but over the last few months the orders are just worse and worse.

The owner of this shop is a joke. He underpays his staff and refuses to train them in the proper way. The reason they are always hiring is because once someone works there, they instantly want to leave. Some items on the menu the owner won't make purely because he isn't bothered to make it as well as some items they just straight up don't have. There health complaints have been constant due to the lack of safety around the food. All of this information is coming directly from employees that have previously worked there. The owner refuses to pay the money he owes to his staff and just hires younger staff who are easy to fool. I would recommend that no one let anyone they know work there, as some of the staff are only getting $10 an hour. This place is a joke and needs to be taken down or go under new management.
