Horrible experience with OMT. I drove to pick up my dress on the date discussed, only for them to tell me it's still at the drycleaners and the seamstress isn't available in store. I had to go to the seamstress's house, which I was very uncomfortable with. When I went home and tried it on, it was rubbish. Poor quality dress and they lied about the designer.

I have had the best experience in this shop. The owner was amazing she helped me find my three dresses in less than an hour and made me feel confident about myself. After going to other shops and looking at their quality and sizes I will never go back to them again. OMT has the best dresses for the best prices and exceptional customer service.

Had a lovely experience there. Susan was so helpful and so down to earth, was so easy to try and different dresses and not feel judged. Has a wide variety and pretty reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this place and would go back for my next event.

Susan is a DELIGHT. I went to a OMT a few days ago to start looking for leyleah dresses for myself. I’m a curvier girl and unfortunately I’d had some mixed experiences at other dress hire stores that make me feel incredibly self conscious, but Susan worked wonders for my confidence when we begun looking around. Her attention to detail with listening to customers and providing a warm, incredibly inviting atmosphere was a breath of fresh air. I found one of my dresses at OMT but am already planning to go back to look for some more and book for other events with her. Herr collection suits a variety of body types from what I saw, and I’ve already recommended some of my girlfriends to have a look.
