When we had first entered our rental property we were told countless issues would be fixed, none of that happened. Had to constantly chase up repairs that were needed including hot water system that was broken and leaking for over two weeks. Now that we have left the property they’ve been nothing but difficult and have tried to blame + seek financial compensation for issues that were existing BEFORE we had moved in. Would not recommend. Highly helpful to get you into the place but nothing but money hungry and difficult on the way out.

Sent in an offer to Phil of this RE Agency. His reply was arrogant as he informed me of how low the offer was. Lack of professionalism. I suppose some people choose that way forward in business when they are a large fish in a small pond. We are entering a buyers market Phil and you need to future proof your approach to prospective buyers.
