We visited Ajays recently after being recommended by friends. It was a wonderful experience and Tom was fantastic at helping to fit my husband and myself with new hiking boots. He was relaxed and attentive and very skilled and efficient. We left very happy customers and will recommend to others.

i wish i could give this place a good review, the staff were lovely and the gear is good quality but an older man (the owner??) was quite grumpy and rude to the staff that was serving me and generally made my experience quite off putting. would not recommend

Came in for a ski boot fitting - Ollie provided the best service I've had. He was incredibly helpful and spent over an hour with me trying to find the perfect boot. I highly recommend visiting Ajays.

Had to collect a replacement sleeping mat that came from the supplier. Never been in the shop before but I got part way through my explanation when the assistant just said, yep one moment. And came back with it. Impressive customer service!

Extremely poor customer service! I bought cross country skis back in January for my 21st birthday. They did not have my size, so they said they will make an order and contact me in May 2022 when they are ready to pick up.June still have not heard anything. I contact them to find out what is going on. Turns out no order was made as the production is conducted in Ukraine. No one thought to contact the customers that paid over $1,000 in skis to let them know of this, especially when it is now winter!! Then made to feel like I am the one at fault : (

I bought a few things including some new ski boots, Ollie was very helpful and has a wealth of knowledge and experience, he made sure everything was perfect with my boots spending lots of time trying all different things to get the right match for my feet! He really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I’ll be advising everyone to go here and I’ll be back!

Started going to this shop last 2 or 3 seasons and can not fault these guys. I don't bother going anywhere else now as they have a great selection of equipment with expert staff. I have dealt with Olly and Rob a few times and they are very knowledgeable and will get you into what you need without trying to sell you want you don't need.I had some ski boots fitted with custom insoles (done by them) and couldn't believe the difference it made. They were able to make such small tweaks and knew exactly what was needed to get the best fit! Well done guys!.....now let there be snow!!
