Doesn’t listen to what customers want, and can’t follow instructions. Got charged $100 and she ruined my project that i’d been working on for five years. Then argued with me about it. Don’t recommend for special projects.

I purchased two skirts online that were 3 sizes too big. Div got me to try on and explained options for taking in so that it would best disguise the adaption as it was a big reduction and a what the pros and cons were. She was honest and upfront about the whole process.. Everything was pinned and payment taken. Div kept great communication with me the whole time and I was blown away at how good a job she did with what she had to work with that i had brought in. I am so happy with the results and that I can now wear these two beautiful long denim skirts. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. I popped in to ask if I could have my jeans hemmed that day. Within the hour, I left to buy a coffee and came back and the jeans were done. Great job and very friendly.

The ladies at Diya’s are so lovely, and such professionals in what they do, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The work is always on point. Whenever I need something done last minute they are always more than accomodating and make it happen. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have been coming to Rita’s alterations for years to have Lena work on my clothes and she has been fabulous each and every time. Rita’s is now trading as Diya’s as there has been a change in ownership and the new owner Diya has been just as amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Quality workmanship everytime and cheap prices and the ladies are just so lovely.
