I bought some bread rolls from here. I though the issue was they were under proven as they were a bit flat, but when I got them home I found the bottoms were moist and they were underbaked. Had to throw them away, which is disappointing and not great considering the current economic climate.

Good shop, has everything you need and more quick service. Would have given it a 5, but they keep closing the bottle store area for some reason. Must cost them money seeing people walk up the road to buy there beers etc.

A decently stocked supermarket for the CBD - slightly more over priced and limited with what you can buy but probably the best in the CBD and my go to. Easy to get around and enough staff on during peak hour.

If you didn’t see the ugly face of Melbourne here at night you can witness shoplifters and poor fellas trying to grab stuff for free, Food security is a real issue. Police yesterday took 8 minutes to show up. I just start to realise the reality of the most liveable city in the world look like in reality.Staff at this place at night are nervous and hates their job because they have to deal with this every day.

Being directly opposite Flinders Street Railway Station at Elizabeth Street, it's in a great and very convenient location. It's not as large as the usual Coles outlets but has most of what you need. It's clean, well lit and offers friendly service.

Very bad customer service from Manisha. She does not know how to behave properly at the self service checkouts. She yelled at me when I asked for help, then she yelled at another customer straight after.Next time, I'll be off to Woolworths down the road even though it's more expensive. At least I won't be verbally abused for asking a question.

This store is of a decent size and is open till around midnight and also close to the Flinders Street Station. You can also grab a fresh salad for lunch from here if you work nearby. They have pasta, pumpkin, potato, tabbouleh, couscous and other such salad options in different box sizes.

Coles Central provides a good selection of the usual suspects, as well a number of amenities tailored towards city life. You’ll find a big selection of convenience and quick cook items just past the self serve, there is also a good selection of deli and bakery products, as well as a section for artisanal cheeses and cured meats.
