I've recommended this place to all my friends because when i got my iphone fixed it was quick, easy and well priced, however now i wish I hadn't. What I was told was going to be a 3 day fix on my tablet has turned into nearly 3 weeks. I was not contacted once when they had problems with their supplier. I was promised two return phone calls that never came and now I'm just disapointed.

They told me my phone would be a 2-week repair. After about 6 weeks, I called them several times and wasn't able to get an answer about my repair, and I never got the promised return calls. After over 8 weeks I demanded my handset and deposit back. It had been sitting in a drawer, untouched! We ordered the part from our supplier and it didnt arrive..." - fine! But at least tell your customers when you can't fulfil a job.Absolutely CRAP service in my experience."

Employee smokes out the front which is fine, but flicks the cigarette but into the gutter which is bad.

Replaced the glass on a 6 series IPhone and same day noticed a small crack, which was not noticeable until you looked side on. From the front you could not see it. When I returned the phone this was now a large crack across the screen and had no satisfaction with the sales woman. I would not recommend these people to repair your phone

These guys were great. Sam(?) was super communicative, friendly and easy to talk to. I had the cracked screen on my phone replaced for slightly less than I thought it would be. They had to ship in the part, but the turnaround time was great. When I got my phone back it was as good as new and didn't cut my fingers any more. I'd definitely return if I needed phone repairs in the future.
