I bought one book from this shop on one Thursday night and paid with a physical gift card. The guy said there was no fund at all in that gift card then chucked away. I said that's ok I can pay by card, then asked him to give the gift card back to me. He said it was already in the bin and hard to find it. I insisted on getting back the card. He gave me another card firstly, but I told him that was the wrong one. Then he the card which I gave to him.Today when I checked the card, there is $70 balance.

A decent bookshop. This branch doesn't have a huge collection of books, apparently due to its size, but still most of the prominent authors are represented.

Staff is totally incompetent, often borderline rude. They rarely stock good titles, but ok for mainstream ones.
