Had my hair done by Maeve yesterday was very happy with the foils, root fade and cut. She was very thorough and listened patiently. She also didn't try force products on me I do think salon is on the higher price point than nessaary but Maeve did a great job:) thankyou

Terrible service & attitude. I would avoid this hairdresser at all costs. I booked an appointment online but when I arrived, I wasn’t acknowledged at all - and when I was, it was rudely and dismissively, sending me to a random chair without asking which appointment I had. After waiting another 35 mins, I had to approach the staff again to ask when my appointment will start (it was already 40 mins late). They then told me they were not aware of my booking and would “attend to me soon”. After waiting another 10 mins, a trainee started curling my hair and telling me the actual hairdresser will no longer take me on. They refused to style my hair (which was what I booked for), quickly and harshly curled my hair completely wrongly to what I wanted, and then hairsprayed it - telling me “I will be fine, just go home and brush it later”. My hair for the gala that night was completely wrecked and ruined my day and experience. I felt completely disrespected. They never showed any care or remorse for ruining my hair and day. I would avoid this hairdresser at all costs.

Would give it less that zero starts if I could. I am absolutely appalled at the service, haircut booking process and response received by the owner Jess when I raised my concerns. I would not go anywhere near this salon the staff are rude, entitled and have bad attitude. Never in my life have I been mucked around to the extent Oshu mucked me around when booking an appointment. The appointment was changed 3-4 times and the hairdresser was changed numerous times too. Unorganised staff that don't respect customers time. Their 'low tax' Salon smelled like extremely harsh chemicals and I felt sick and nauseas during my appointment and for the rest of the day. The 'senior hairdresser' Heather was rude and abrupt when I came to my appointment confused after it being changed so many times and with so many people. I walked out unsatisfied with my hair and still had spilt ends.Even leaving feedback about my experience at Oshu was difficult, with no one getting back to me after the automated feedback form I submitted. When I finally emailed Jess with an accurate description of my experience, I was met with a reply saying they had done me a favour fitting me in, the hairdresser had not changed, the salon did not smell and they did me a favour not charging me the booking no show fee. None of my concerns were addressed but were all dismissed. Very disappointing.This salon and its owner need to learn customer service skills and manners.

First hair style change in years and I love it. Maeve was very patient with me and my uncertainty of what to do with my hair. Will definitely be returning :)Thank you!!

Maeve did a full head of foils, cut and style for me last week and I was blown away at my result! She was so kind, and checked with the head stylist several times to make sure I would get the best results.The finished result looked really amazing. She was really helpful in suggesting ways I could style my hair, and overall was a calming experience. Highly recommended her!

The team at Oshu, and in particular Jessica, as she does my hair, are absolutely amazing! I always feel so welcomed by everyone, and leave every single time, absolutely thrilled with my hair. I’m not the best at explaining what I’m after, but somehow Jessica just knows and goes above and beyond and does better than I could imagine! I love our chats, they feel like catch ups with a friend! My colour, and extension pull ups, always last and feel great. Would highly recommend Oshu!

Great experience! I went there to get my hair “fixed” and I’m very happy about the result. The girls work like a team and in a very professional way. They really put an effort to make their clients happy. I recommend it ❤️ Thank you!
