The housing market, although shifting at the time of our sales campaign, was well managed and we were kept abreast of challenges presented. In the end we succeeded with a satisfactory sell price despite the unfavorable market state. Credit for that outcome is due to David, Blake and the team for their focus and professionalism throughout the journey and for that we're very grateful.

Disgusting and disappointing.Friend of mine got incredibly sick from living in a mould infested apartment and getting no help from these guys. Disgraceful behaviour with no regard for their renters or basic human rights. You guys should be ashamed to make someone live in that condition and expect them to pay for it as well.If you're thinking about using this company, think of your health and wellbeing and go somewhere else.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to appoint the team of David and Blake at Biggin Scott to sell our house. David is very knowledgeable about the local area and the market and gave us much-needed and very sensible advice on property presentation and pricing in a difficult market. Elena is prompt, reliable and always ready to help.She is not only a professional, she is also sympathetic and understanding of issues and ensures they are addressed without delay.We are thankful to have Elena as a property manager.

David and his team have been nothing but unprofessional and unhelpful. I lodged a formal complaint in writing against the agent managing my property last week and haven't had a single phone call or response.Their promise to look after my investment property has been completely disregarded and instead I have experienced nothing but terrible service, incorrect information and a lack of care.It is evident that their knowledge of relevant laws is lacking as I was advised in writing the wrong thing several times despite questioning this, they repeatedly confirmed the wrong information.Their lack of industry knowledge is alarming and due to this they have cost me $500 out of pocket. They are unprofessional in the way they speak about their tenants to the landlord and take no accountability or provide any solution. They just simply don't respond! They take your money, and provide a terrible terrible service.If you have an investment property, I suggest getting any other agent in the whole of Victoria to manage it as Biggin and Scott Inner North are absolutely disgraceful and will waste your time and money and have absolutely zero respect for landlords and tenants. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Lived for a year in a horrible condition with excessive mould. 3 unanswered emails went to the property manager telling them every-time I used the power in the place I got zapped, and the mould was affecting my health - nothing was done for months. Finally found I had a leak in my wall after I lived there for 11 months. Lost all my personal belongings to mould, and they took my bond to cover the last months rent even though I literally couldn’t sleep in the place. They don’t really seem to care about anything other than taking your money - good luck if you have a mould issue, they don’t care about your health issues or your personal belongings. Wouldn’t recommend using this agency as they don’t take any complaints seriously, and don’t care about the living standards of their properties.

Blake has been a brilliant agent. He is always very quick to reply to emails and follow up any requests for us as land lords and also for the tenants. He provides cost effective quotes for repairs and the workmanship is of high quality. We have been very impressed with his work and would highly recommend him.
