Email communication slow, close to non-existent. Phones usually left to ring out to get an answering machine response. No response to voicemail that was left.Real estate agent, Jeremy, was late to open house inspection, with no apologises for lateness. Communication during inspection was minimal and not particularly welcoming. It’s like he didn’t want to be there (I hope Jeremy is okay, maybe he was having a bad day). Jeremy was offended when I asked about cockroaches (something Sydney experiences and something I am weary of). Saying, “Did you see cockroaches? I haven’t seen any” he made me feel uncomfortable for asking. A more professional response would be, “No, this area isn’t affected by cockroaches, however, if they do pop up, you can call us and we’ll get it sorted for you”. Not a great experience.

In regards to the Rental market,It's very frustrating when you try to get in contact with the agent by email and phone, but I don't hear back from them.This Does not show interest to customers who will go elsewhere to search for a rental property.This Real-estate agent will not be recommended.
