Eastend Studio Apartments

Beautiful new, well maintained apartments. Vicki was very helpful when I arrived at the apartments. I needed to upgrade to a larger room as I had a long stay and I was accommodated in minutes. The room is very modern with a perfectly equipped kitchen for a long stay. The heater is my best friend in this cold weather. Very comfortable bed and relatively quiet considering its right on a main road. The Eastend Apartments are in a perfect location. Just outside the Dubbo city centre and located right across the road to busy Orana Mall. I also found the Botanic Gardens just around the corner. Highly recommend if you are away from home working.

Rooms are smaller that you wld expect. We had a room labelled as a queen suite...it wasn't...more a usual queen motel room with a small small kitchenette.But rooms are clean and fairly modern.And never saw a staff member.

Fantastic place to stay, we had 3 studio apartments, all spotlessly clean, new and modern. Check in was excellent, efficient and so easy. We used the community room as well and it was a brilliant added bonus when family groups stay there together. Location is pefect for all the tourist places. Would highly recommend and will stay here again. Nothing negative to say at all!

After booking and having it confirmed we were told many hours later that they were ALREADY fully booked and therefore our CONFIRMED reservation was cancelled! This was after trying to phone them and book in person to have an automated answer send us to the website to book through there. To say we were not impressed is an understatement and we will certainly NOT be recommending them to any one else. Their customer service is non existent as in response to my enquiry about how this happened they were unapologetic and tried to blame it on me for booking through the website instead of them direct?! Excuse me?!!By the way they have one star ONLY because it wouldn't let me post it with zero stars.

My second visit i a month, i had a twin room that was away from the highway which was better. I stayed a week and I thought I might have had the room serviced at last once as I had it more frequently when I stayed only 4 nights. Otherwise the room was certainly comfortable and met my needs.

The rooms were modern and well appointed with everything you need including a well appointed kitchenette.Excellent service and very on the ball property manager Vicki who made our 3 week stay a pleasure. Great laundry facilities as well which is a big plus when working away from home.

We enjoyed the stay in Unit 52. Location is close to the mall and the Botanical Gardens. The zoo is about 16 minutes to 20 minutes drive away. This place is like a home away from home with a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ area. We received the code at 2pm on day of check in. Love the easy check in process.

We stayed at the east end studios with a few friends, we booked 17, 19 and 20 3 apartments which was in front of the pergola and sitting area which was great so the kids could run free. The facilities were amazing a great laundry, bbq and common area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to our friends and families. And would most definitely stay there again. Great easy book in progress.

Loved the stay really comfy rooms and everything else was really handy as well as a great location.
