Even though hand over of land was delayed by 1 year. Developer was friendly and reduced the price when the evaluation came a bit less. Also he was updating the status on bi-monthly basis. Even the delay helped us in showing more deposit thus reducing the LMI by a huge amount.

Appalling service. Don't buy in this estate. Bank valuation will come way less than what they sell you the land for which means you'll lose money. Both salesman Neetish and George are dodgier than car salesmen and will literally push the sale down your throat.

Quality of service can be quite suggestive when you have only one person/number to be contacted.Secondly, when they do not get back to you after multiple calls and messages.The rest will be remains to be updated once I get a callback.
