I’ve been a customer ever since they opened, wait time is always fast even if there is a long queue. Always very friendly and they know my order when I arrive.Fantastic customer service

Made a quick detour to this lovely little drive through as I was cruising around the neighbourhood.My partner loved her latte and I was amazed with how delicious and refreshing the mixed berries iced tea was, highly recommend.Will definitely be back to try their bagels. Lovely staff too.

The best coffee you can get in the western suburbs! Staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome.The worst thing about this place is that it's not open on Sundays.

Drive up and the was a four car wait. But then a guy came out and took our order...by the time we got to the front our coffees were ready and just how we like them. Hot and strong. So many variations available, so get into it.

I've driven past so many times and then one day I thought I'd take a chance with the coffee, to my surprise it was Good. The next time I stopped and got a coffee and Atlantic salmon bagel. It was Great! I can't go past now without getting something. Coffee is always perfect and Bagel is always fresh. Thanks guys, you make fast food good

Talk about a hidden gem!It might be a small place but they definitely deliver big! Super delicious bagels!I have tried a few of them now and you can find something for any time of day. From fresh breakfast bagels, amazing deli bagels, Nutella bagels and great coffee; This is a must try local hotspot.The staff and owner are friendly and have great customer service. There can but a little bit of a wait when they are busy, but it is definitely worth it! This is a must try. You won't be disappointed. They also happily customise bagel fillings to suit your taste!Great job Blackbox Espresso team!

Amazing to find something so good and a bit different in boring old Melton.Tried a few things all were nice.Too much cheap mustard on the Rueben put a decent mustard and way less and it will be perfect.Still giving 5 stars as the overall quality is top notch.Love this place.

The first time I went, they had the shutters closed and it looked like they weren't open, I drove up and ordered coffee and a bagel which were absolutely fabulous. The bagel was the best I'd ever had and the coffee was amazing. I pulled up in a parking spot to eat my bagel and the unfortunate part was while I was eating I watched loads of cars slow down intending to order something but because the shutters were closed they drove off. I saw about 5 or 6 cars drive off which in my mind are potential sales. Never the less if you are in the area I highly recommend going
