Rude, condescending staff with noses turned up & made me feel like a total inconvenience for ordering alternative milk.And the coffee is not good anyway.I've given this place many chances before reviewing but would definitely not recommend visiting.

Such a shame, the taste of the coffee is irrelevant if it takes 45 minutes to make. My thoughts may have been better had the staff not rudely dismissed my enquiry at the 25 minute mark.

25 minutes to wait for a coffee is a bit much.Cappuccino wasn't a cappuccino.Almond croissant was stale and old.If you're going to charge premium prices, you need to make sure the quality is on par

I was about to give my strong latte 4 stars but then it dawned on me that I wasn’t drinking coffee at a BP Petrol Station. Coffee was lackluster. Milk way too hot. Next time I’ll opt for the the nice latte my girlfriend’s mum / dad make for me. Visited 22/11/2020 circa 11:30 am.

Staff are rude, we are all doing our best to comply with regulations and social distancing but we were made to feel very uncomfortable 2 weekends in a row. Asked to move on when we hadn’t even got our coffee’s yet. Choose the place next door - much nicer service and coffee

Two bad experiences by two different family members in one day, hours apart. Unprofessional and the rudest and most unwelcoming staff on the Mornington peninsula. Check out St Ernest next door, our experiences were fantastic there over the weekend and don’t waste your holiday time here with awful people
