Took around 15 minutes to get one sundae and one soft serve cone.Probably the worst Maccas. Drive through goes so slowly. Not even busy.

June 23This store is a joke. Ordered a simple chicken and cheese burger and the burger came without the top bun. What the actual! Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse with this store. Absolute joke.Their first McFriday service turned into McMess. The store was completely out of control. We waited close to an hour only to find out they didn’t even get started on our order. Later found out they gave it to someone else. Finally received our food after an hour and when checked at home, was missing a cheese burger. So went back and spoke to the manager and waited another 20 minutes for the missing item. Only to find out that the burger had everything my son didn’t want on it.People were literally waiting for over 30-45 minutes for their orders. Customers were coming back complaining about missing items.I thought onion rings were meant to be crispy and yummy but here they were just soggy and tasteless.Not a great start to the store and the owner was no where to be seen.

Such a nice modern McDz, but the staff and supervisor aren't friendly at all. We received our order cold and I felt bad for an elderly couple who waited so long just for soft serves. Not a nice attitude unless your friends with staff.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 hash browns and large fries at 2:26pm. I was told to wait in the bay. After 15 mins, I walked inside to see where my order was. I was told they are waiting on the hash browns (I didn't realise they took so long to cook). After 20 mins, I finally received the order - which was missing half a hash brown. I understand that hash browns are not usually ordered at 2:30pm but it would have been good if they said hey

Can't remember the last time we had bad maccas. Yesterday, at 730pm, it wasn't busy, I was standing there for like 15mins and when I got home, our food was cold. Looked like it sat there for a while. There was no urgency at that maccas. Run by kids who were distracted by their friends coming in. Won't be going to that location again.

Easily one of the worst maccas I’ve been to. I’ve given given them a couple of goes as it’s my local and understood that they were going through teething issues as a new store but things have not improved. Employee in drive through did not properly secure the cup lid spilling my drink on myself and my car. We got home with our food only to find out we’ve been charged for and given the wrong burger, so poorly mangled I can only imagine they were playing frisbee with the patty. Chips were rock hard too, what a disgrace.

Good interior design but I only visited once which was around 11 pm and only a few staff was working, and people were waiting for food because of that. Otherwise, its another typical McDonald's cant expect their food to be top-notch

When we first came to this store, they had forgotten our coffee order and we waited more than half an hour for two iced coffees.Today, we had excellent service with some of the best nuggets we have ever eaten (hot, fresh and some crispy!) and fast service!Happy we went back and gave them another go.

They have been doing a pretty good job lately!This Macca’s restaurant has a very family friendly atmosphere, good indoor secure playground with a giant multi level playground boasting tunnels and slides

Ordered 2 Angus meal with chocolate frappes and 20 nuggets and what I received is just frappes and the nuggets.Called the store and the girl who I spoke too wasn’t really helpful and she said “unfortunately we cant get someone to deliver it but its either you come and pick it up or just stores credit”. They are always relying of customers getting refunded it on Uber, meanwhile they don’t train their staff to be more reliable & efficient. These workers just don’t care about their customers. These errors & stupidity did not just happened once, or twice. All the time. They need to close the store & change it of something else that is more reliable or perhaps, change the whole staff crew.
