Can't believe that some reviewers are claiming that this place has good service. The organisation is terrible and the result is chaos. No instructions on how to order and if they haven't called your number they ignore you until you push in and ask (or another customer takes pity and tells you.) Then when you find out you need a ticket and wait for the number to be called out to order they skip numbers because no one is keeping proper track of what number they are up to. They skipped my number and I was so fed up by that point I left. Absolutely hopeless. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

Some mixed reviews about this place. But the service was fast and efficient despite the lunch time crowd.The chicken burgers were fresh and tasty. Salads were great too!Well worth a visit when in Rose Bay.

Rather crowded place with lots of take away customers, limited dining in seating, and no toilets near by.Ordered schnitzel, roast veg and cream cauliflower. Veg was good, schnitz a little dry.Overall I like the brand.Reasonable value.Service neither friendly or non friendly.

Looks amazing and you can get overwhelmed with the mouthwatering choices available from hot tempting sides to a variety of different types of chicken. Once you get your order well it's a bit of a let down. Not much meat on the chicken, lacks flavour ,soggy salad but great chips.

This location is very good but taste is not that what it attracts from display. Wide variety of salads. Fried rice was way away from what usually it taste. Service is good with helpful staffs.

Really nice Chicken and Salad shop. Not cheap, but very good.Except whoever did this chicken today burned it! There is a strong link between burned food containing lots of carbohydrates and cancer. Yes this is mainly fat and protein and possibly not as bad as chips but I still wouldn't eat it. Besides you have ruiined the best part of chicken - skin...Your opinion may differ from mine but I still think chargrilled and charred are not interchangeable...

My son got diarrhea after he ate schnitzel! Also, the quality of salad was not good. The table was dirty as well. Never go there again.
