Had three tall bookshelves and one TV bench custom made. Process very smooth and professional, at competitive prices. Quality of materials and workmanship excellent. So much nicer to have individual furniture than generic pieces. Would recommend.

Shaker overcharged me on the agreed price, and delivered with the wrong handles. Repeatedly ignored calls, emails and texts for both issues. They were rude, disrespectful with appalling customer service. Despite trying to resolve the issues they continue to ignore me - remains unresolved. A shame that they chose to behave this way for such simple issues with a simple resolution...UPDATE: I finally had a response from Charles saying he would call me in 2 months time! The store also advised (via text message) that the handles had been available for 2 weeks in the store however I have not received any prior notice - email, phone or letter. I cannot believe how poor the service and communication is and continues to be!UPDATE: Still no call from Charles - advised he would call in December - wait to see if he actually calls to address the issues...

Superb traditional construction techniques. High quality materials. Craftsmanship at its best.

The quality is great and very flexible on the choices you can have in regards to furniture. With custom colors and styles, i highly recommend Shaker.UPDATE: Wish they would update their website

Great value for money

Chair broke after 3 months and was accused of abuse by the store, not happy and cannot recommend- UPDATE: After negotiation with the owner the chair was replaced. I am now satisfied.
