Highly recommend for data recovery services on an iPhone. I drove over my iPhone 11 and the phone was unusable. Thankfully the mother board was still intact and they were able to recover all my data. Had an issue with the charging port on my Samsung tablet. They said the charging port needed replacement. Gave the tablet to them to replace the charging port. Got it back with damaged case and screen. They said they would fix it. They replaced the screen but only put a second hand case on it that was still damaged. I was told their main technician was overseas. They said they would send me a protective case and screen protector. I never received these items from them. Really disappointed. The manager was asking me for solutions to the issues. Wouldn't recommend these people for technical issues that need to be fixed. I gave them the opportunity to sort the issue but they never did.Update on the tablet after screen was replaced - screen is coming out of the case now where the case is damaged (they gave me a second hand damaged case that was better than my damaged case when they replaced the screen). Good guess that they didn't use the right glue. Wouldn't trust sending it back to them as I am based in Melbourne. Probably would never see the tablet again.

My A52 had charging issues with low temperature warning. Had the port and temperature sensor replaced in 1.5 hours after the genuine Samsung part had arrived the next day. Easy, reliable service and was only out of pocket $160. Will definitely return for any future phone issues.
