We recently purchased our period home & feel very lucky to find a person with a passion & knowledge of old windows. Most of the windows were either needing new parts or painted shut so we are extremely pleased to have someone service all our double hung sash windows & have them back to smooth working order. Possible options were explained to me in a way l could easily understand and l was given clear information about costs involved before l decided which options l wanted to take. Work was carried out with attention to detail, always on the dates and times booked, and any dust etc was cleaned up at the end of the job. After living with heritage windows that were either painted shut, couldn't open fully or wouldn't stay up l now have totally functioning windows that are so easy to use... and all for a very reasonable cost.
