The long-haired untidy male attendant’s customer service skills are awful. I was received (no greeting/hello) this afternoon to purchase goods.The attendant had then flicked the goods across the counter to me, no thank you/have a nice day/goodbye - no dialect at all. I had not provoked or had been impolite whatsoever to this staff member.The next female customer was greeted with a nice “Hello” directly after my transaction. Horrible customer service experience this afternoon.

Indian owned and i know cigarettes have gone up, but to charge $78 for a pack of 40 when the retail is only $60 means they are ripping people off. They are even $18 over the recomended price so they profit at least $20 for a pack of smokes? Typical Indians. Will report to ACCC monday morning.

Its open 24hrs and they have pretty much everything you might need to get on the way home. Within reason of course. I just don't think the fuel is cheap compared to others even with the discount

because we lived directly adjacent to it for 18months and therefore twas established as the go to one stop shop for most of the basic needs just one road cross away,,..plus employees @ the time named Taffy and Bridgette were very friendly and non judgemental towards myself and some other people all sharing accommodation at the homeless shelter,...just across the road.

Worst customer service.Worst attitudes held by staff almost anywhere in cairns.I completely avoid this service station.Will not fuel here personally or with work fleet.More than happy to drive 50 meters further down the road to MOBIL where they say hi, with a smile!Imagine that.
