Be aware there is a 10$ min efpos charge I only wanted a small chips an gravy and a can of drink they wanted me to upgrade my drink or chips to make 10$ cash grab , still a crummy shop was a lot better when I was a kid

Excellent friendly chatty service, 6 staff on, lovely ladies behind the counter efficient service they were frantically busy at dinner time on a Friday night. The shop was full of people, the food is beautifully cooked and very fresh and the place looks very clean. The place was packed and regular customers from miles around were waiting to pick up their dinner (the lady taking orders knew what the regulars ordered every week!). THAT'S how GOOD they are!!We didn't have a salad but their salads look beautiful although the range wasn't so large... we will most certainly be coming back!!

Poor Customer Service.Payed for a half chicken and chips went to pick it up and they had given our order to some one else. Apparently their was no chicken left (multiple chickens sitting their but they where for other orders) They then offered chicken tenders instead I asked to be refunded and they insisted on giving me cash.Would not recommend this place.

I bought a whole chicken and after eating about half I got really bad diarrhoea and stomach cramps. It also didn’t taste very fresh, this was late afternoon.I returned it and got a full cash refund which I am happy with as they didn’t make any drama about that but I most likely wouldn’t eat there again if I can avoid it.

Terrible customer service! The girls working there are plain rude and ignorant. Walked into the shop when it was empty and made eye contact with 2 workers and none said hello or asked if I needed anything. I just stood there completely uncomfortable after that, until eventually someone made contact (which wasn’t that enthusiastic anyway).Food is average but I definitely won’t be returning to all those impudent people. I’d rather travel an extra 20mins into Camden from now on thanks!
