Appalling service. I have no idea if the doctor is good or not as the gatekeepers who rule the phones were so unbearable and rude to deal with I was not able to find out! Well atleast it only took 12months of waiting whilst sending several refferals and hearing nothing for months at a time to realise I have completely dodged a bullet! Glad i didn't go through with the surgery!

Amazing reception staff, super helpful and informative. I was told I wouldnt be able to notice much difference pre and post surgery for up to 4 weeks until inflammation went down but im already breathing 100% better than before and im not even 1 week post op, Dr Wright is definitely worth it.

Please see another ENT.Dr Wright and reception are so rude. I unfortunately had surgery with Dr Wright to fix a nasal problem, TWICE. I was a young adult and just thought I'd take the option for surgery. During consultation he does not listen to what you want and is unsophisticated in his surgery. He lacks knowledge in new age techniques which I discussed and was met with a abrupt wall. My Nasal problem has not been fixed.If you have been referred by your doctor, please seek another specialist.
