Went with a large group for my birthday celebration and everyone loved this winery. The grounds itself was exceptional and it didn't feel like Adelaide. We had great wines and the owners were so accomodating. Will definitely have to come back

An Absolutely Beautiful location. We sampled some of the most delicious wine at the cellar door. A wonderful atmosphere to sample some tasty red wine by a warm fire on a cold winters day. A definite highlight for our weekend at the Barossa!

We made a booking for 10 people for last Thursday and prepaid $100.. we we told to allow about 1.5-2 hours.. arrived to find the place closed and workman on site doing building renovations… anyway there was a phone number on the door I rang and a lady came down and said to give her some time to arrange a tasting. After 2 tastings in about 15 minutes she opened a non alcoholic wine (which was delicious) then said that was it there would be no more … anyway that was not as impressive as I was expecting from their website and emails… if you have upcoming booking ring and double check

A group of 10 friends visiting the Barossa had an extraordinary experience at Cimicky wines. Andrew, the wine maker, generously shared his knowledge and enthusiasm for all things wine.We were treated to an extraordinary tour of the winery and a special barrel tasting. Thanks Andrew, the experience at Cimicky was the highlight of a wonderful week in the Barossa. Don't miss it.

By happenstance we happened to choose to go to Cimiky and we were absolutely blown away. The grounds themselves are like something out of a story book and Sam is the most personable and welcoming wine expert I have ever met. Normally places like this make me feel a bit stuffy, but he and Kate made us laugh and made us feel like old friends. The little tour through the winery followed by some of the best red wines I’ve ever had made the experience amazing. This is the hidden gem of the Barossa and is hands down the best winery I’ve been to.Do yourselves a favour and get down there, this place is going to take off!!!

Lovely winery with a great photo op entering the cellar door. Staff were really pleasant talking through the wines and giving information about the local area. We didn't purchase on the day (traveling light), but definitely will as their wines are a stand put

I’ve just seen that someone wrote “hidden gem” and they are absolutely correct. There are hundreds of wines around here and if you need an excuse to make this one of your “must sees” I’ll give it to you. The wine is magnificent. The Blackmore Range is out of this world. We just did a Penfold Grange tour and the Shiraz and Cab Sav is a major rival to what we had there. I have not had a Cab Sav anywhere near comparable in the Barossa, The Vale or Hills. It is a rare thing to think that paying the price for the top wine in a vineyard is not a pull on the purse strings. We easily bought what is to be the first of many from this vineyard. Sam, you are worth your weight in gold for your personable amiable delivery and we hope to see you again soon. The development of the cellar, the distillery and the grounds is something we look forward to seeing and be a part of. Not to be dismissed are their more “drink now” range of Rose and Chardonnay, their younger reds are a great price and smooth as silk. We look forward to being a part of your journey x ps. The grounds are so romantically beautiful !!!

Got taken to this Amazing hidden gem of a winery on a tour with Sophie the owner operator of Barossa wine tours. Just a spectacular and unique Winery with an amazing history and wines to match. The wine taster Sam was great! Awesome sense of humour, knowledge and original approach to wine appreciation! Strongly recommend trying this cellar door out! You won't be disappointed by the wine, the winery and the whole experience!!! Loved it!!! The rosè was one of the best I've tried and the autograph shiraz 2017 excellent!!
