I usually shop and get my fuel from on the run, though had to stop in Caltex just after 4:15 pm 3/8/19 the woman at the counter was incredibly brash and very rude. I would not recommend stopping here even if you are out of fuel. I have absolutely no idea who hires this staff, though from the other google reviews I can see I was not the only one whom experienced this.

I used the pay at the pump facility on Sunday. They held $100 from my account and my petrol only came to $40. I am still Waiting for my money back. This is very poor customer service and a very poor experience. My family and friends will never use Caltex as their service station of choice due to this very reason. Well done Caltex!

Caltex, are fairly consistent with the quality of their products and services.Most outlets are arranged in similar fashion, which makes it easier to familiarize with, from shop to shop.The petroleum products are generally high grade, I get more satisfaction for my car than other brands.Staff are generally attentive and friendly.
