Needed a portable air conditioning unit for grandmother ,for the every hot week ahead, as her evaporative system had broken down. Cool breeze hired me a small portable refrigerated unit even though this is not their normal line of business. That's great customer service! Thanks.

10/10 customer service! We hired a couple of items from these guys - from the initial enquiry, to pickup and drop off all staff were so helpful informing of us the correct products to get with a very friendly and positive attitude.

Would highly recommend Cool Breeze in Perth! I came into a sticky situation with the heat wave in Perth and my 14 week old son. Chadd was super helpful in making a unit available and when I returned it Jarryd’s customer service was outstanding.The unit was perfect for the space described to Chadd.Thank you both!

Wouldn’t recommend this company if you are looking to hire a portable air conditioner. Hired one for my wedding and they delivered a faulty machine that was only working at 50% capacity for the whole day. Was told a technician would come out and take a look but no one came. They admitted the water pump was only working at 50% capacity and because the fan was fully operational, they have been dismissive about addressing the fact that I paid nearly $900 for a FULLY functioning unit. A few pedestal fans could have probably achieved the same outcome. Don’t waste your money! It’s been painful trying to get anyone from CoolBreeze to rectify this issue appropriately.

We found ourselves in a tough situation in the lead up to Christmas. The company our property manager contracted to replace the broken air-conditioner in our unit hadn’t contacted us for several weeks and, with a newborn at home, we were struggling to get through one of the hottest December weeks in recent years.I called Cool Breeze on Boxing Day and, despite the office being unattended, left a message and received a call back from David within the hour. He put together the paper work and invited me over to his family home on a public holiday to collect one of two remaining units that had been returned to him the same morning. David had even set the air conditioners up in his garage as a demonstration which made choosing the right one a breeze. The CW4400 he recommended is very effective and has made it possible to go back to living in our living room again.David truly went above and beyond for us and we are incredibly grateful to him and Cool Breeze Rentals for accommodating us at such an inconvenient time.If, like me, you miss being able to deal with professionals who care about their customers and take pride in their work then this is the place to go.

Recently had the pleasure of organizing the hire of an evaporative cooler for an engagement party. Dealt with Mr David (Robins) who was extremely helpful from the start. He tried his best to ensure that I got the best deal possible and had everything I needed for a successful event.Would have no issues recommending these guys to anyone and will definitely come back to them in the future.Keep up to good work gents!
